Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone

Who doesn't know about J.K. Rowling and her books? Yes, everybody in this world almost knows about her and her books, Harry Potter. J.K. Rowling starts debut her novel in 1997 and published by Bloomsbury. Harry Potter is a fantasy novel in series, and the first series in the Harry Potter novel is Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. In USA it published as Harry Potter Sorcerer's Stone by Scholastic Corporation in 1998. Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone tells about young wizard named Harry Potter in his first school at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

One day, the most evil and powerful wizard, Lord Voldemort, killed Harry Potter parents, James and Lily Potter. Even though he killed his parent, Lord Voldemort could not kill Harry mysteriously, and he disappeared after he tried to kill Harry Potter. Then wizarding world celebrated the downfall Voldemort, and Harry Potter was adopted by Professor Dumbledore, Professor McGonagall, and Rubeus Hagrid for one year. Then they left Harry in the his Muggle uncle and aunt house for a while. After ten years Harry lived with Dursley family, uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia, and their spoiled son Dudley, and Harry is treated more like a servant than a member of their family even Harry have to sleep and live in a cupboard under the stairs.

One week before Harry's eleventh birthday a letter came to him and it was from Hogwarts School, but he could not read the letter because Dudley grabbed his letter and told to his father, Vernon. Then uncle's Harry felt upset, and he burned the letter. However the letter kept coming and was getting more and more, uncle Vernon got sick of it and decided to move in the middle of sea. At the same time of their movement Harry's eleventh birthday came, and Rubeus Hagrid came to see Harry and gave him a birthday cake. Harry looked so confused and asked to Hagrid who exactly he was. Then Hagrid explained everything about him, wizard, Hogwarts, and Harry himself, he told to Harry that he was wizard, the man whom can control the magic, and also about his parents. After knowing it, Harry felt that Vernon family had lied to him that his parents dead because of the accident, and he didn't believe that he is a wizard. Then Hagrid show his magic and gave the mail to Harry whom uncle Vernon always burned it, Harry was so excited and wanted to go to school in Hogwarts.

Later on, Harry and Hagrid flew up in the air with Hagrid's motorcycle going to Diagon Alley for the first time to buy stuffs for school. Harry met Ron for the first time in the train, and no need for long time Harry met Harmione as well. They were in the same class that was called Gryffindor, there were 4 classes in Hogwarts school-Slytherin, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw- which Gryffindor is the best one and heroic unless Harry could speak parselmouth. When Harry and his friends-Ron and Harmoine- pasted the time studying and walking together, something terrible happened exactly since Professor Quirrell came and taught about dark magic. He was Voldemort's alley which was ordered to find a powerful stone called philosopher stone to waking up the power and life of Voldemort.

Harry always felt pain in his scar when looked at Professor Snape, but he didn't know that if the scar felt pain, it meant there was a power of Voldemort near him. Then harry and his friend began to suspect that Professor Snape was an one of Voldemort allies and wanted to hurt Harry. It started upon Harry had a talent to flying on broomstick and pointed to be Seeker on his House's Quidditch team, and he joined to play in the competition and faced up the Slytherin team. But he got attack from unknown person, his friend -Ron and Harmoine- and audiences saw something strange to Harry, then Harmione looked at Professor Snape, and suspected him that he attacked Harry because he looked like doing a magic spelling to Harry.

One day, he found a mirror whom it doesn't suppose to be seen because it made whoever look at that mirror her/his wishes became true, Harry met his parents and they were always beside him. Every time he looked at the mirror, he was lucky and delighted and wanted to show it to Ron, his friend. When the night came, Harry went to the mirror, in the same time he saw professor Snape and professor Quirrell talked each other and it was like warn from professor Snape to professor Quirrell. Then harry met professor Dumbledore, and told to harry that the philosopher stone is in Harry hands. The Harry got the stone from the mirror and attacked professor Quirrell by his hands.
